Bags should be hand washed and spot cleaned to avoid damage. I don't recommend ironing the bags as the wadding will flatten, however you can lightly steam over the quilting to remove creases.

All bags are made with care and are sent in excellent condition.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. All orders are processed and packaged within 2–4 business days.

🌍International shipping:approx.7–14 business days

🪷REFUNDS

We only accept refund requests on the same day the order was placed, and only if the order has not been shipped yet. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we can no longer issue a refund.
